Peninsula Clean Energy (PCE) is seeking offers to sell (i.e. PCE purchases) System in 2020, Local Resource Adequacy in years 2020 – 2022, and Import Allocation Rights in 2020.

Peninsula Clean Energy Authority (“PCE”) is a California Community Choice Aggregation (“CCA”) program that has been serving customers throughout San Mateo County since October 2016 and currently provides electric service to approximately 300,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers.  PCE has an investment grade credit rating with Moody’s and the report can be found here – PCE Moody's rating.  In addition, PCE’s financials can be found on our Budget and Finances page.

PCE is seeking offers to purchase the following –

Timeline

Submission Deadline 5:00 PM PPT September 30th, 2019
Selection Notification 5:00 PM PPT October 3rd, 2019

 

Please fill out the bid form attached and submit your offers to procurement@peninsulacleanenergy.com and
ckeys@peninsulacleanenergy.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 PM PPT on Monday, September 30th, 2019.  PCE will notify participants no later than 5:00 PM PPT on Thursday, October 3rd, 2019.

PCE’s preference is to transact under the WSPP RA confirm, unless PCE is enabled under the EEI with a counterparty then an EEI RA confirm will be used for the transaction.
