Audit and Finance Committee

The Audit and Finance Committee is a permanent standing committee of Peninsula Clean Energy.

The Audit and Finance Committee will:

  • Advise and work with staff on matters relating to audit, finance, and budget.
  • Work with staff to retain an audit firm and complete the first annual audit in the third quarter of this year.
  • Review the completed audit report for clarity, soundness and ask any detailed questions that might surface prior to the Board review.
  • Be available to review the proposed budget or any financial transactions that might require an in-depth review prior to Board approval.

Composition

The Audit and Finance Committee is composed of the following Board members:

  • Carole Groom – San Mateo County
  • Donna Colson – Burlingame
  • Carlos Romero – East Palo Alto
  • Jeff Aalfs – Portola Valley
  • Pradeep Gupta – Director Emeritus
