Qualifying for this exclusive service is easy. You just have to be:
- an active PCE residential customer
- the legal owner and occupant of the residence
- in need of support with a heat pump water heater, heat pump HVAC, induction cooktop and/or an electric clothes dryer

We answer common questions about Personalized Support
Active PCE customers needing support with HPWH, HVAC, induction cooktops, and/or electric clothes dryers.
Services excluded from the program are:
- Installation repairs or warranty issues
- General contracting services
- Rebate applications or status
- In-person home assessments or audits
- Guaranteed bill savings or installation costs
- Purchase of equipment or tools
No preparation is required for the call!
Calls are scheduled for 45 minutes. In order to get to all your questions, feel free to prepare a list of questions or any concerns before the call.
If you are interested in an electrification plan, take notes on the types of systems you currently have in your home.
Appointments are limited to 2 per person, and 5 email communications per person to accommodate all customers.
