We understand that doing home upgrades yourself can be complicated. We have services to help you plan your upgrades whether you just want expert advice or prefer to have everything done for you.

Do-It-Yourself FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Active PCE customers needing support with HPWH, HVAC, induction cooktops, and/or electric clothes dryers

Services excluded from the program are:

  • Installation repairs or warranty issues
  • General contracting services
  • Rebate applications or status
  • In-person home assessments or audits
  • Guaranteed bill savings or installation costs
  • Purchase of equipment or tools

No preparation is required for the call!

Calls are scheduled for 45 minutes. In order to get to all your questions, feel free to prepare a list of questions or any concerns before the call.

If you are interested in an electrification plan, take notes on the types of systems you currently have in your home.

Appointments are limited to 2 per person, and 5 email communications per person to accommodate all customers.
