Peninsula Clean Energy, the official electricity provider for San Mateo County and the City of Los Banos, offers cleaner electricity than PG&E and at lower rates. 

The charge for Peninsula Clean Energy electricity generation appears on your PG&E bill. You also receive a credit from PG&E on your bill since you are no longer electricity generated by them.
