Seventy-five townhouse-style condominiums are being developed, each with three stories and a dedicated 2-car garage. Green design measures are incorporated throughout, with solar installations on each home, air-tight envelopes, energy star appliances – all with a specific focus on healthy, energy efficient living. Additionally, flexible shopkeeper commercial spaces below residential units are included along the project's prominent D Street frontage.
The project is slated to offset approximately 65% of its energy use with onsite solar PV.
