In combination with Peninsula Clean Energy’s rebate, income-qualified residents may also qualify for additional incentives from regional and state programs:

| PG&E Pre-Owned EV Rebate | Up to $4,000 | A base rebate is open to all residents, regardless of income level. Income-qualifying residents may receive a higher amount. Applicants must be submitted after purchase occurs. |
| Clean Cars for All | Up to $12,000 | Grants for income-qualified Bay Area residents to retire their older car and replace it with a hybrid, plug-in hybrid, battery, or hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle, or a pre-paid card to use for public transit and purchase e-bikes. Applicants must be submitted before purchase occurs. |
